Summer Conference Rentals
Dear Incarnation Family,
The summer season is now upon us and we are excited to announce that we will be opening our Conference Center accommodations to individuals, couples and families for summer weekends beginning on June 20th. Come visit us for a weekend of swimming, boating, hiking, relaxation, and much more. We are lucky to have 750 acres in beautiful Connecticut to enjoy while practicing social distancing.
Accommodations
Conference Center
(shared bath)
Our Lodge/ Brooks/ Bell Conference Center buildings have a mix of single, double and triple occupancy rooms. Each family will be assigned their own private toilet and shower for the weekend.
$200 per person (age 3+)

We have a very limited number of our Conference Center buildings with attached private bathrooms.

Lodge Apartment
(2 person max occupancy)
Lodge apartment overlooks our old farm pasture and labyrinth. The apartment contains a bedroom (double bed), living room, and bathroom.
$250 per person
Bell Apartment
(4 person minimum, 6 person maximum occupancy)
Bell apartment contains three bedrooms (2 with queen beds, one with 2 twin beds- sleeps 6), a kitchen, living room, and bathroom.

Cottages
(4 person minimum, 6 person maximum occupancy)
Our two cottages have 3 bedrooms, a living room, bathroom, and kitchen.

Allen Lodge
(Lakeside, 10 person max occupancy)
Overlooking our beautiful mile-long lake, Allen Lodge (Lakeside) is spacious and bright, a great space for a large family group. Allen Lodge has two separate wings with shared bathrooms and 6 bedrooms on each. In the middle is a kitchen and large meeting room. Allen Lodge has a beautiful deck with breathtaking lake views.
$2,500 for the weekend
Winds Camp Unit
(5 people min occupancy, camp mattresses provided no beds)
Winds, one of our summer camp units, contains platform canvas tents (3) and a washhouse. No linens or towels are provided.
$200 per person
Reservation Details: Check in is 5pm-7pm on Friday, check out is before 2pm on Sunday.
Meals: A light breakfast and lunch on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday are included. We hope that you will choose one of our wonderful local restaurants for dinner.
Activities: With over 740 acres, 13 miles of hiking trails and a mile-long private lake there is plenty of room to relax and explore. Designated swim and boat times will be provided each day. Other activities include: hiking, tennis, basketball, fishing, campfires and simply relaxing and reconnecting with friends and family.
Guests are encouraged to bring: tennis rackets/ balls, beach chairs, flashlights, frisbees, fishing poles/ gear, beach towels. For guests staying in our buildings, linens, a towel and a bar of soap are provided for each guest.
Safety: The health and safety of our guests and staff is our top priority. We are following recommendations from the CDC and the State of CT in regards to our sanitation and operating procedures, and we ask that our guests do as well. We ask that all guests commit to social distancing. Upon arrival, all guests will undergo a health screening, including a temperature check.
Refund policy: Once your booking is confirmed, cancellations are allowed up to 14 days before your stay, minus a 25% deposit. No refunds will be provided within 14 days of your stay.

Peter Nygard will confirm your registration via email within 24 hours of your booking. If your desired lodging is no longer available, you will be given another choice or a full refund. Once your booking is confirmed, cancellations are allowed up to 14 days before your stay, minus a 25% deposit. No refunds will be provided within 14 days of your stay.
