We are thrilled to welcome our Incarnation Camp alumni and their families back to Camp for the weekend of June 2nd-4th, 2023. Join us for a weekend of swimming, boating, hiking, reconnecting, and much more!
Arrival: Our check-in tables will be active between 5-8pm on Friday night (Welcome Center) and 8am-10am on Saturday (Gibney). We have multiple groups coming and going from the property on Friday, please respect the after 5pm arrival time. We are excited to offer a Thursday arrival option this year, limited to guests staying in the Lodge. To arrive on Thursday, June 1st (after 5pm) please book accommodations in the Lodge and please note that you must stay in the Lodge for the whole weekend. We will have multiple groups on the property during the day on Friday so access to various areas may be limited. Breakfast on Friday is included in the Thursday reservation.
Departure: Checkout anytime before 12pm on Sunday. (Building checkout is 10am)
Accommodations: We will have multiple groups on campus for the weekend. We have reserved The Lodge, Brooks, Bell, summer camp tents and ‘bring your own tent (BYOT)’ option for Pequot field. Linens will only be povided for guests staying at The Lodge, Brooks and Bell, if you are staying at another location, please pack your own!
Meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday are included in your registration. We encourage you to check out one of our great local restaurants for Friday night dinner! Local pizza delivery is also available.

Guests are encouraged to bring: bedding, pillows, towels, toiletries, flashlights, sunscreen, bug spray, bathing suits, tennis rackets/balls, beach chairs, fishing poles/ gear, beach towels.
Transportation: If coming by train, please check out Uber or Essex Taxi to make your way to camp.
Cost: The cost of alumni weekend varies based on where you choose to stay. Your registration fee covers your lodging and the following meals: breakfast Saturday, lunch Saturday, dinner Saturday & breakfast Sunday. Children ages 3 and under are free.
Late Registration: A late registration fee of $25 will be applied after Friday, May 26th.
Refund policy: Once your booking is confirmed, cancellations are allowed up to 14 days before your stay, minus a 25% deposit. Refunds will not be provided within 14 days of reunion (May 19th).
