Lodge Dining Room
At the Lodge Dining Hall, our chef prepares restaurant-quality food for our adult conference guests. The menu varies with the seasons, but dishes include such savory meals as roast flank of beef with shallots, lamb stew, braised escarole and roasted salmon with lemon. Meals are served buffet style at 8:00 am, 12:30 pm, and 6:00 pm in our comfortable and attractive dining hall.
If your group has special food requirements we are happy to accommodate them. Our chefs love to work on creating new and exciting dishes with specialized ingredients. Please let us know your requirements during the booking process.
Gibney Dining Room
During their stay, our youth groups eat at Gibney Dining Hall The menu is based on years of cooking experience for youth and we are regularly complimented on how tasty, varied, and nutritious the food is. Meal times are at 8:00 am, 12:30 pm, and 6:00 pm, but can be changed in advance according to group needs. Meals are served buffet style and you will not leave hungry! In addition to a choice of enticing entrees, there is a large salad bar available at lunch and dinner.
We are happy to accommodate special food requirements. In addition to accommodating allergies, there is always a vegetarian alternative to our main courses. In order to cater your needs, we require 20 people to be staying with us.
